This precision die-cutting system is specifically designed for lithium battery electrode tab forming and blanking operations, available in both mechanical punching and laser cutting configurations. Equipped with CCD vision systems, it features real-time tab dimension inspection, edge debris removal, and automatic material collection. The equipment ensures consistent electrode quality, providing high-quality feedstock for subsequent stacking processes.

The laser die-cutting machine represents a revolutionary processing equipment that replaces traditional mechanical die-cutting. Its scientific core lies in utilizing the extremely high peak power generated by high-power ultrafast lasers, combined with beam shaping and precision control, to achieve instantaneous, non-contact "cold processing" and "vaporization ablation" of electrode coatings and current collectors. While attaining extreme geometric accuracy (e.g., ±0.1mm) and enabling the cutting of complex, irregular tabs, it fundamentally eliminates burrs, heat-affected zones, and microcracks. This proactively prevents internal short circuits caused by metal dust and burrs, supports arbitrary tab shape designs, and provides unprecedented freedom in material forming for enhancing battery safety, energy density, and fast-charging performance.
